The Dragonfly represents magic in a mundane world. It is the key that opens the gate beyond our preception. It carries our dreams. Beautiful, swift and can only be held but for a moment and it is gone.

Many myths and ledgends abound about this delicate creature. Some shun the insect, fearing it dangerous, the devils pet. Others revier it as a symbol of courage, life and enlightenment.

What ever the myth, the dragonfly will always carry a certain mystery about it and it is that mystery that brings a little magic to our lives.
